Unfortunately, at times things can go wrong when you're not home. When repairs are needed on your home while your away,(AC,Electric,Plumbing, etc.) we can schedual and oversee the work and report back to you.

Engines are made to run on a regular basis and the cars battery can die when sitting for extended periods of time. We can help you avoid these issues.

Repairs around the house can somtimes get overwelming and stressful. Leave us your "To Do" list and we will get it done for you.

Don't let your plants and flowers dry up when you're away from your Florida home. We can keep them watered for you so that you come home to healthy plants and flowers.
Package/Mail Pickup & Forwarding
Expecting a package ,or have mail that needs to be brought in while you're away? We can bring the package or mail inside or we can forward it to your second home if requested.
Storm Preperation
We can help to prepare your home for hurricanes and other extreme weather. We offer services to install your existing hurricane shutters and bring all outdoor furniture inside for you as requested prior to a storm.
